Welcome to BeOnTime! This simple app is designed to make sure you never miss an important meeting again by providing loud, unmissable alerts.

Getting Started

1. Installation

BeOnTime is installed automatically via the Mac App Store. Once the download finishes, you can find the app in your Applications folder or Launchpad.

2. Calendar Permissions

The first time you launch the app, macOS will ask you to grant permission for BeOnTime to access your calendar. Please click OK.

Using the Menu Bar App

BeOnTime lives quietly in your Mac's menu bar (top right) to monitor your schedule automatically.

• Status Icon: Click the BeOnTime icon to see your next meeting and countdown status.
• Automatic Sync: The app refreshes your calendar in the background automatically. No manual refresh is needed.
• Settings: Access the Preferences menu from the dropdown to customize alert sounds, lead times, or launch behavior.

The Alert Window

• Countdown Timer: Turns red when you have less than 2 minutes.
• Open Meeting: One-click launch for Zoom, Meet, or Teams.
• Snooze: Temporarily dismiss the alert.
